SHOP FAQ

  • All sales pertaining to skincare products are final, and if you have any questions please don’t hesitate to contact me through email arodri65@gmail.com

    When you retriev
    e your order please inspect it, and if it comes to you defective, damaged, or it is the wrong item please notify me immediately so we can find a resolution! A refund may not be guaranteed.

  • All orders are processed and shipped within 5-10 business days. Orders may not be shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If there is a high volume of orders (like during sales or holidays) please allow additional days in transit, and shipments may be delayed by a few days. If you haven’t received your order within that timeframe, please email me at arodri65@gmail.com

    All orders are charged a flat fee of $6, and are currently only shipping within the United States.

    If shipment is lost or missing, Hola Bonita Esthetics is not held responsible, so please contact the selected carrier for assistance and/or submit a claim.

  • Yes! Once you fully checkout there is an option to pick up at the Hola Bonita Studio. Aelyn will coordinate a time with you to pick up once the order is ready

  • Finding the right products can be tricky at first, but schedule an appointment with Aelyn, and she will recommend what she thinks is best for your skin!

  • All skin is different, and tolerates exfoliants differently. To avoid any risks for irritations, you must go through Aelyn to order any kinds of exfoliants.
